Led by our talented instructor, participants flowed through sun salutations and downward dogs, all while surrounded by the infectious energy of our furry companions. Laughter, smiles, and puppy kisses filled the air as attendees found their zen amidst the adorable chaos.

Beyond the yoga mats, our adoption fair provided a platform for our friends at Lake Lowell Animal Rescue to showcase their adorable adoptable puppies. From tiny bundles of fur to playful pups on the cusp of adulthood, there was a furry friend for every heart and home. Potential adopters mingled with rescue volunteers, learning about the adoption process and forging connections with their future fur babies.
